Prompt Publications & Trade Fairs

We’re up on the 3rd floor of Sire Mansion, right in the Thousand Lights area. The address is 621, and if you’ve been around Chennai, you know this part of the city is always buzzing. Sire Mansion is an old building with a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. Our office is a mix of stacks of publications and files for the trade fairs we organize. It’s a busy environment. We’ve got phones ringing and people trying to coordinate with printers or vendors. It’s not a quiet place, but that’s just how it goes when you’re in publishing. We’ve been here for quite some time, so we’re used to the rhythm of Thousand Lights. There are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick bite, which is good because we often work through lunch. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just calendars and posters from old fairs we’ve done. It’s an honest workplace where everyone knows what they need to do. We just focus on getting the books out and making sure the fairs are set up correctly. It’s a lot of small details that keep us busy from morning until evening. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the deadlines.
