Pranav Expo Solutions

We are out here at 37, Kasi Estate. It’s an industrial area, so it’s mostly warehouses and small factories around us. Pranav Expo Solutions is one of those places where you never quite have enough room, no matter how much you tidy up. We build stuff for exhibitions, which means we have a lot of bulky frames and heavy panels lying around. The air usually smells like glue or fresh sawdust. We aren't the type of company that has a big human resources department or fancy slogans on the walls. It’s just a small crew of us who know how to use a level and a drill. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks in the heat. The estate can get pretty crowded with vehicles, so we’ve learned to be quick with our movements. Most of our day is spent looking at diagrams and trying to make sure the pieces we are cutting will actually fit together when they get to the venue. It’s stressful sometimes, especially when a show is opening the next morning and we are still finishing up a corner piece. We just put our heads down and get it done. We don't spend much time on the phone unless it's to order more supplies or tell a driver where to park. It’s basic, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. There is usually a pile of scrap wood near the back door that we need to clear.
