We run Palanko Online Solutions Llp from the second floor of 24/15 Hospital Road in Kaveri Nagar. It’s right in T Nagar, so as you can imagine, it’s always hopping around here. T Nagar is famous for being crowded, but our office is a little escape from all that noise once you get upstairs. We handle online solutions, which is a broad way of saying we help people with their internet problems and websites. It’s just a small team of us. We didn't want a big corporate office because that’s not really who we are. We like being able to talk to each other across the room without having to send an email. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some tables, chairs, and our servers hum in the corner. We spend our days troubleshooting, updating pages, and making sure everything stays online for the people we work with. Sometimes the power goes out or the heat gets to be too much, but we have our ways of dealing with it. We aren't trying to sell you anything fancy or overpriced. We just provide a service that people seem to need. Most of our clients come to us by word of mouth because we’ve been in the area for a while. It’s a practical business run by people who actually know how to do the work and aren't afraid of a bit of manual labor.
