Paalis Unisex Saloon & Day Spa

Paalis Unisex Saloon & Day Spa is located at No 51, Thambiah Road in West Mambalam. We are quite close to Pothys, so if you are out shopping in that part of Chennai, we are just around the corner. We offer both salon and spa services, which means we have a few different rooms set up for different things. It is a unisex place, so we see all sorts of people throughout the day. The building is a regular one on a regular street. We have tried to make the inside comfortable, but it is not some five-star hotel. It is just a local spot where you can get a haircut or a massage. West Mambalam is a crowded area, and our shop can feel a bit small when we have a lot of customers, but we manage. Our staff are just normal people who have been trained in this kind of work. We do not follow any corporate scripts or anything. We just talk to people and find out what they need. Some days are slow and we just sit and wait, other days we do not even have time for lunch. That is just the nature of the business. We have been on Thambiah Road for a while and we know the other shop owners nearby. It is a good neighborhood to be in. We do not do any big promotions. We just keep our doors open and try to do a solid job for whoever walks in.
