We’re over in Chennai, right in the heart of Tamil Nadu. Orchid Healthcare Ltd is a name you might have heard if you’re around this part of the city. We don't have a flashy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we manage healthcare matters. The humidity here in Chennai can be tough, but we have a decent setup to keep us cool while we work. Most of the time, we’re busy with administrative tasks and organizing things for our clients. It’s a lot of phone calls and sorting through documents. We’ve been in the city for quite a while and have seen it grow into the huge hub it is today. Even with all the noise and the busy streets outside, our office feels like a steady place to be. We usually take our lunch together and talk about regular things like the local cricket matches or the traffic. It’s a very grounded environment. We don’t go for the corporate lifestyle. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. There’s a certain pace to life here in Tamil Nadu that we’ve all grown accustomed to. It’s not always fast, but it’s consistent. We like being part of the local community here in Chennai and seeing familiar faces every day when we walk to the office or go out to get some coffee.
