You can find us over at No. 11/6 on Thirunavukkarasu Street. It’s right in the middle of MGR Nagar and KK Nagar here in Chennai. We’ve been operating the pharmacy business from this spot for a while. The street can be a bit narrow, so parking is always a bit of a puzzle, but people seem to find us anyway. We deal with a lot of different medications and health supplies. It’s not just about selling things; it’s about making sure we have what people are looking for. The shop area is usually busy, and the back office is where we handle all the boring stuff like taxes and licenses. We don't have a fancy mission statement written on the wall. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and start the day. The neighborhood is quite friendly, and we know many of the people who walk past our door every day. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the inventory counts. It’s the kind of work that requires you to be precise. One mistake in a batch number can cause a lot of headaches later on. We use simple computers and a lot of notebooks to keep track of everything. It’s a bit old-fashioned in some ways, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be a giant chain. We just want to run our pharmacy properly and be a reliable part of the local community in KK Nagar.
