We spend our days dealing with frozen goods and different agricultural products. It’s a busy part of Chennai, so there is always something going on outside our door. Inside, it’s mostly just us keeping track of inventory and making sure the cooling units are running right. We aren't some massive factory with thousands of workers. It’s a small, dedicated team. Villivakkam is a good place for us because it’s connected to the rest of the city, which helps when we have to move stuff around. The street can be a bit narrow and crowded, but we make it work. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up or a delivery is late, but that is just part of the job. We don’t go in for big marketing speeches or anything like that. We just focus on getting the food where it needs to be while it's still fresh. Most of the people working here live close by, so we have a good feel for the neighborhood.
