Naturals Beauty Salon

Being inside Spencer Plaza is a bit different from a street shop. We are on the first floor of Phase 2, right at No 36 37 A. It is a big mall, so there is always people walking past. Naturals Beauty Salon has been here a good while. You can find us if you look for Eves Designer Showroom nearby. The lights in the mall are always bright, and the air conditioning stays on, which is nice when it is hot on Mount Road outside. We have a lot of staff here to handle the shoppers who drop in. It is funny how people come in looking tired from walking the mall and leave feeling a bit better. We have our routines, getting the towels ready and checking the supplies. Some people come in for specific things like facials or threading. It is a mix of regulars and people just visiting Chennai for the day. Mount Road is always loud with traffic, but once you are inside the shop, it feels a lot calmer. We keep the mirrors polished and the floors clean. It is a lot of standing all day, but we are used to it by now. The mall gets really crowded during the festivals, and those are our longest days. We just keep going until closing time, making sure we get through the list of customers waiting.
