National Engineering Company Madras. Pvt. Ltd. has its office on the 1st floor of Kakani Towers. We are located at No. 15 on Khader Nawaz Khan Road. It is a pretty well-known street in the city, especially since we are quite near the Taj Hotel. Being on the first floor is handy because you do not have to wait for the elevator if you are in a hurry. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, but it is comfortable and has everything we need to run the engineering side of things. We have a lot of old files and blueprints lying around. Khader Nawaz Khan Road is usually bustling with cars and people, so it is a lively atmosphere. We have been in Kakani Towers for many years. It is a solid building even if it has seen better days. We do not go in for fancy modern decor or open-plan offices. Each of us has a desk and we just get on with our tasks. It is a professional but relaxed environment. People know us for being at this address for a long time. It is a good landmark. We do not spend much time on self-promotion. We prefer to just stay focused on the engineering projects we have on our plates. Being close to the Taj Hotel makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming from out of town. It is a reliable spot for us and we like the location.
