Muthu Sri Durga Beauty Parlour

Our shop is located in Sharma Nagar, right in the Vyasarpadi area. It is on the 7th street, specifically at the 3rd cross in SA Colony. If you go towards the mosque, we are right there on the back side of it. It is a quiet little corner compared to the main busy roads nearby. We have been running Muthu Sri Durga Beauty Parlour for a while now. The space inside is quite modest, but it is ours and we like it. We keep all our supplies on some old wooden shelves we have had for years. Usually, one of us is here from morning till late evening. We see a lot of people from the colony stopping by after they finish their daily market shopping or chores. It is nice to have a chat while we work. The mosque nearby is a really good landmark for people who are not from this specific street. Sometimes the local kids are playing cricket right outside, and we have to tell them to be careful with our windows. We do a bit of everything, like hair work and threading mostly. It is a simple life for us. We do not use a lot of big machines, mostly just our hands and some basic tools that we trust. The floor needs mopping a few times a day because of all the dust coming in from the street. We just get on with it and try to make people feel okay.
