If you are looking for Moli'S Best Kitchen, we are located in Mylapore on Abraham Steet. Our address can be a bit confusing because it has an old number, 55, and a new number, 16. Most of the locals just know the building anyway. Being in Chennai 600004 means there is always something going on outside our door. We do all our cooking and prep work right here in this space. It is a bit of a tight fit sometimes, especially when we have a lot of pots on the stove, but we make it work. The building itself is older, which gives it some character, even if the pipes act up once in a while. We don't have a big staff or a human resources department. It’s just a few of us who know how to handle a kitchen. We show up early, get the burners going, and start the day. There is no corporate mission statement on the wall.
