Mmm Bricks

Mmm Bricks is located right at No-143/1 H-Block on 6th Avenue in Anna Nagar. It is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming into the shop. We have been here for a bit now, just handling the daily orders that come through. The space isn't huge, but we make it work by stacking things high and keeping the aisles clear enough to walk. People often stop by while they are out running other errands because we are so close to the main parts of the neighborhood. Dealing with bricks in a city area like Anna Nagar is a bit different than out in the fields. You have to be careful with the trucks coming in and out so they don't block the traffic on 6th Avenue too much. It gets a bit chaotic around noon. We usually have a tea break in the afternoon when things quiet down for a second. The walls of the office are covered in old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled about stock levels. We don't use any fancy systems, just a pen and paper mostly. It is simple work, just making sure the right numbers get sent to the right sites. Sometimes we run low on certain types and have to wait for the next load, which can be annoying for the regulars. We just tell them how it is and they usually understand because that’s how the business goes.
