You can find us on the 3rd floor of Jhaver Plaza, which is right on Nungambakkam High Road. It’s a very central spot in Chennai, so everything is always moving fast outside. The building is one of those older commercial blocks that has a lot of different businesses crammed together. Our office is up the lift, which sometimes has a mind of its own, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of old furniture and some newer stuff we bought when we had to. We have a good view of the street from the windows, although mostly it’s just looking at the tops of buses and cars stuck in traffic. Nungambakkam is a busy place, so there are always plenty of spots to grab a quick bite for lunch. We don't really do formal meetings with slides and all that. Usually, we just huddle around someone’s desk and talk through whatever the problem is. The air conditioning works mostly, but on those really hot Tamil Nadu afternoons, it struggles a bit. We’ve got some files stacked up that we really should organize one day, but for now, we know where everything is. It’s a practical, lived-in space. We are just a small team trying to keep up with the daily grind in the heart of the city and making sure the door is locked when we leave.
