We've been at 173, Developed Plots Estate in Perungudi for a while now. It's a busy spot but we like it here. M E L Systems & Services Ltd. is basically just us doing our daily work. There isn't much to say about the building, it's just a regular place where we get things done. Most days are pretty much the same. Coming in to check what needs doing and then handling it is the daily drill. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, but that's just part of the job. Being in Perungudi is handy because it's easy for people to find us. We don't really do big speeches or fancy presentations. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. We've seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, more traffic and more shops opening up around the estate. It keeps things interesting. If you ever stop by the Developed Plots Estate, you'll see our sign. It's nothing flashy. Keeping things simple and direct is more our style. Some people ask why we don't move to a newer office, but this place works fine for what we do. We have enough space for everything we need. It's a practical setup. Every morning starts with us showing up and putting in the hours. That’s how we’ve always operated and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved. It's nothing special but the work gets done and that’s the main thing. We’re just M E L Systems & Services Ltd. and we’re here every day.
