Our office is over at No.52 in the Ekambara Naicket Industrial Estate in Aalapaakkam. We’re right opposite the Saravana Bhavan, which is where we usually grab lunch. We work on infrastructure projects, mostly the technical side of things that people don’t always see. It’s a lot of planning and looking at blueprints in the office. We have a small group of engineers and staff who have been together for a few years now. The estate is always buzzing with activity, which keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything, just some desks, computers, and a lot of maps on the walls. Most of our work happens out on site, but this is where the coordination happens. It can get pretty stressful when deadlines are close, and there’s always a lot of coffee being drank. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do the jobs we get properly. We talk to contractors and suppliers all day to make sure the materials arrive on time. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. We keep it simple and focus on the tasks at hand. If you’re in Aalapaakkam, you’ll probably see our sign near the industrial gate. We’re just regular people doing our jobs and trying to stay organized in a busy environment.
