L&T Ecc Playground

This spot at 3/232 Manapakkam Main Road is basically where we spend a lot of our downtime. The L&T Ecc Playground is right there in Parthasarathy Nagar, and it’s a pretty well-known landmark for the people living in Manapakkam. It’s not some professional stadium or anything like that, just a good open space where things happen. We see people around all the time, especially when the weather is decent. The ground gets a lot of use, so the grass isn't always perfect, and it can get a bit muddy if it rains hard. We don't have a big staff managing it or anything. It’s just part of the local landscape. You can hear the traffic from the main road while you’re there, but once you’re inside the gates, it feels a bit more separate from the rush. We keep the equipment in a small shed, and there’s usually a bit of dust flying around. It’s a very functional place. Nothing is polished or fancy. We just make sure the gates are open when they should be and that the area is clear of trash. People come here to blow off steam or just walk around. It’s a simple piece of land that serves its purpose for the community. Sometimes we sit on the benches and just watch the day go by. It’s a nice break from the busy streets outside the gate.
