Our office is located at No. 979 on the first floor of the Tctc Building. We’re right on Mount Poonamallee Road in Manapakkam. It’s a busy part of the city, and being on the first floor means we can see everything going on outside. The office is usually a bit chaotic with blueprints rolled up on tables and people coming in and out from different sites. We have a lot of equipment around, and there’s always someone talking about a project or a deadline. Construction is a messy business, so even our office reflects that sometimes. There’s dirt on the boots near the door and a lot of coffee cups on the desks. We spend a lot of time on site, but this is where we come to coordinate everything. Manapakkam is a good location for us because it’s central to many of the places we work. We don't go in for fancy decor or slick presentations. We just need enough space to spread out our plans and talk through the logistics. It’s a loud, busy environment where things are always happening. We focus on the building part of things and try to keep the paperwork moving as fast as the actual construction. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all day, and we just have to take it one call at a time. It’s hard work, but we’re used to the pace and the noise. We just want to get the projects finished.
