Landmark Associates Private Limited is situated in a building called Abhinav Palace. The address is 23, Jeth Nagar First Main Road, over in the Manadaveli area. It’s a bit of an older building, and the name on the outside is written in a way that looks a bit strange or cluttered on the sign, but we’ve been here for a while. Our office is a straightforward place with desks, a few filing cabinets, and the usual computers. Jeth Nagar is a nice enough neighborhood, mostly quiet except for the usual traffic on the main road. We spend our days handling various associate tasks and keeping up with all the documents that come through. It’s not a high-rise glass building; it’s just a regular place where people come to work every day. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, and the stairs up to the office are a little narrow. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, whoever is nearest the door is the one who answers it. Manadaveli has a specific local feel to it, and we fit right into that. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. The first main road is easy to find once you are in the area. It’s a very practical setup for a private limited company like ours, focusing on the day-to-day business at hand. The place isn't fancy, but it works for what we need.
