Our place is located on Poonamallee High Road in Arumbakkam, you can find us at Old599/B, New 822. It’s a busy stretch of road and we’ve been here for a good while now. At Irest Health Care Equipments Pvt. Ltd., we deal with a lot of different machines and chairs that people use for their health. The building is an older one but it serves our purpose well enough. We spend most of our time unpacking crates and showing people how the different settings work on the equipment. It can get pretty noisy with the traffic outside, but inside we just focus on keeping the floor clean and the displays ready. Sometimes the electronics act up and we have to spend an afternoon troubleshooting, which isn't always fun but it's part of the job. We have a small staff here and everyone knows their way around the inventory. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop on the block, we just want to make sure people get what they need for their homes. If you walk in, you'll see boxes stacked up in the corners because we're always getting new shipments from the warehouse. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a machine isn't right for someone, we tell them. That’s just how we prefer to run things here in Arumbakkam, without any extra stress.
