Eagle Heathmate

Eagle Heathmate is on the first floor of New No.10 on Duriswamy Street. If you know Vishalakshi Nagar in Ekkathangal, it is not too hard to find us. We handle health equipment and massagers and things like that. The stairs are a bit narrow, so getting the larger crates up can be a real pain sometimes. I have lived in this area my whole life, so setting up shop here made sense. The showroom is just one big room where we keep the floor models. People come in to sit in the chairs or try out the treadmills. It is usually quiet during the weekdays, then picks up on Saturdays. We spend a lot of time explaining how the buttons work on the digital displays. Sometimes the power goes out in Ekkathangal and we just sit there talking to customers until it comes back on. My cousin helps me with the deliveries since he has a van. We are not a big chain store, just a local business trying to make things work. The office is tucked in the back where I keep the files and the kettle for tea. We keep it simple. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign from the street. It is a decent spot for what we do. We've been at this address for a while now and the neighborhood has been good to us.
