Lakshmi & Co. is situated at No 3 on 1st Bungalow Street in the Ekkattuthangal area. Our location is right off Jawaharlal Nehru Salai, which is one of the busiest roads you will find around here. Being so close to the main road means we get a lot of noise and dust, but it also makes it easy for people to reach us. Ekkattuthangal is full of small industries and companies like ours. We have a pretty basic setup in our building. There is some space for our stock and a small area where we sit down to talk to clients. We don't have any air conditioning or fancy decorations. It is just a plain room with some desks and files. We handle various types of trading and supply work, though the specific items can change depending on what is needed. The street we are on, 1st Bungalow Street, is a bit narrower than the main road, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We spend most of our time coordinating between our suppliers and the people who buy from us. It is a lot of phone calls and checking ledgers. We have been here at No 3 for quite a while, so the neighbors all know who we are. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done each day. It is not an exciting life, but it is a steady one for us.
