L. S. V. Builders

We have been over here at 28 West Road for a good while now. L. S. V. Builders is just a small team of us working out of West C.I.T. Nagar. People usually find us by looking for the sign on the street. It’s a busy spot, but we like it here. Most of our days are spent dealing with plans and making sure things get done right on the sites. It isn't always easy work, and sometimes things get a bit messy, but that's just how the building business goes. We aren't trying to be some huge company that you can't get a hold of. When you come by the office, you’re likely to see one of us drinking tea or looking over some blueprints. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we build things. It's nothing fancy. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we started, but our spot on West Road stays pretty much the same. We know the area well and the people around here know us too. Sometimes we’re out on a job all day, so the office stays quiet, but someone is usually around eventually. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. That's pretty much all there is to it. We've got our routine and it works for us. We've been around long enough to know the local rhythms.
