Our main office for L K Homes Pvt Ltd is tucked away on Perumal Koil Street in the Mettupalayam area. Specifically, we are located at No.31/23. It is a fairly quiet street most days of the week, though it can get a bit crowded when there is a festival or something going on at the temple nearby. We have been working out of this same spot for a long time now. It is an older neighborhood and we like being a part of the community here. The office itself isn't anything special to look at, just a practical place for us to sit down and talk to people about their needs. We spend a lot of our time looking over building plans and dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with housing projects. Mettupalayam is a good place to be based because everyone tends to know everyone else. You can usually find one of us here during the day, unless we are out at a construction site somewhere. We try to keep things very straightforward when we talk to our clients. No big sales pitches or corporate talk, just explaining how the process works and what needs to get done. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit of a mess, but that is just part of living here. We have a few desks and a lot of old files. It is a simple workspace for a local company. We don't have a big lobby or anyone to open the door.
