L G Best Shop

You can find us at 72, Periyar Nagar West. L G Best Shop is situated right near Srinivasa Street, which is a landmark most people in this part of town know quite well. We have a lot of electronics and home appliances sitting right on the floor and on the metal shelves. There are fridges, washing machines, and various televisions mostly. It gets a bit cold in here because of the air conditioning, which is actually quite nice when it's boiling hot outside. We spend our days explaining how the different buttons work on the new models to anyone who asks. A lot of people come in just to look around and compare the different sizes of screens. We don't mind that at all. Buying a big appliance like a fridge is a big deal for any family, so they should take their time and think about it. The delivery truck is always coming and going from the narrow back alley. Sometimes the sidewalk out front gets blocked for a minute while we unload a new shipment of ovens or AC units. It's a bit of a tight squeeze inside when a lot of customers show up at the same time on a Saturday. We've been at this location for a while now, and we know many of the neighbors who walk past every day. We aren't some massive warehouse or a big chain, just a local store where you can actually see the product before you take it home. The floors get scuffed from moving those heavy boxes around, but that's just how a busy shop works.
