Working at L & T Thales Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. means we spend a lot of our time in the Ambedkar Nagar area. Our office is at No 11, Lazer Street, right where Indira Nagar and Gandhi Nagar kind of meet. It’s a busy part of the city. We do a lot of tech services here, mostly software and system things that are pretty complicated. Even though it’s a big name on the door, inside it just feels like a bunch of us sitting at computers trying to solve problems. The office on Lazer Street is okay, nothing too fancy, just enough space for our desks and the servers. Sometimes the commute through Gandhi Nagar can be a real pain with the traffic, but we make it in. We aren't really into the whole "corporate culture" thing you see in movies. We just come in, do our coding or testing, and talk about what's for lunch. It’s a mix of people from all over the neighborhood. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just try to make sure the technology we're working on actually works for the clients. Sometimes the air conditioning breaks and we all have to sweat it out for a day, but that’s just life. We’ve been at No 11 for a while and the local shops know us well by now. It’s just a regular job in a busy part of town. We stay until the work is finished.
