L & T South City Projects Ltd.

We are based in Temple Steps, which is a busy spot on Anna Salai in Little Mount. Our office is on the third floor of A-Block. Most people around here know the building well. We’ve been in this space for a while now. It’s not a fancy office with big glass walls or anything. We just have our desks, some old files, and a few plants that someone occasionally remembers to water. Being right on the main road makes it easy for us to get around, though the traffic noise is something you have to get used to. We handle coordination for the South City Projects. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork every day. Most of us have worked together for years, so we’re more like friends than just colleagues. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes to eat for lunch. We usually get our tea from the small shop downstairs twice a day. It’s a simple routine, but it works for us. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, but we don't mind the stairs too much. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home. The area has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, but our office feels pretty much the same. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day and get the work finished.
