L & T Mhi Boilers

You can find L & T Mhi Boilers over at Jayanth Tech Park. We are up on the 4th floor. It is building number 41 in Padmini Garden, right on that busy Mt. Poonamalle Road in Nandambakkam. Being in a tech park means there are always people around and the elevators are usually full during lunch. We work on boilers, which is pretty heavy stuff, even if we are sitting in an office most of the day. The road outside is always packed with cars and buses, so getting here in the morning takes some patience. Our space is filled with desks and papers and drawings of big machines. It is a bit different from a factory floor, but the work is still about those big industrial boilers. We have been at this location for some time now. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building is a bit too cold, but it is better than the heat outside. We mostly deal with big projects, so there is always someone on the phone or looking at a computer screen. It is not a place with a lot of flash or fancy decorations. We just have our work to do and we get it done. The view from the fourth floor is mostly other buildings and the tops of trees. If you are coming to see us, just tell the security at the gate you are going to Padmini Garden. We keep a lot of blueprints filed away in the back.
