L & T Gio Stucture

This part of Chennai is always moving, and being on such a major road means we see a lot of traffic. The office isn't anything fancy, just a large space where we handle the structural side of the business. There are blueprints and maps spread out over most of the flat surfaces. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the shelves and partitions. We have a lot of people coming in and out, mostly engineers and site workers dropping off reports. The air conditioning is always humming because it gets quite sticky here in Manapakkam. We don't have a polished front desk with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It’s a very practical, work-focused atmosphere. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at technical drawings. Sometimes the water cooler breaks and we all have to wait for the repair guy, which is just part of life here. It’s a busy spot, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. We’ve been at this Manapakkam address for a long time now and have no plans to move. It’s a solid place to work and everyone knows the routine. We just keep our heads down and focus on the structures we're building.
