L & L Constructions

L & L Constructions is located at number 78 on C P Ramaswamy Road in Alwarpet. This is a very well-known street in Chennai, and it is always busy with traffic and people going about their daily business. Our office is tucked away here, and it serves as the main point where we handle all our building projects and planning. Alwarpet is a nice area to work in, but it can be quite a struggle to find a place to park on C P Ramaswamy Road during the middle of the day. We have been based here for several years now. The office is usually filled with rolls of blueprints, samples of different materials like tiles or wood, and lots of files stacked up on the desks. It isn't a polished showroom at all; it is more of a practical workshop where we figure out the small details of our construction jobs. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out visiting various sites around the city, so the office isn't always full of people. But when we are here, we are usually deep in some kind of work. We don’t use any fancy talk to describe ourselves; we are just a group of people who know how to build things properly. Being in such a central location helps us get to our different project sites across Chennai relatively easily. It is a convenient spot for us and for the clients who live nearby.
