Krishna Spices Pvt. Ltd.

I’ve been working at Krishna Spices Pvt. Ltd. for a long time now. We are located at 25-16-138, right near the New Chilly Yard on Chennai Road. It gets really busy around here, especially in the mornings when the trucks start rolling in. The air usually smells like dried chillies and turmeric, which makes everyone sneeze if they aren’t used to it. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we get the work done. I usually get here around eight, open up the shutters, and check what needs to be packed for the day. Being near the chilly yard means there is always a lot of dust and noise, but you get used to the sound of the traffic on Chennai Road after a while. We have a small office in the front where the paperwork piles up on the old wooden desk. My brother helps out with the accounts, and we have a few guys who handle the heavy sacks in the back. It’s honest work, nothing fancy. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just know where we are if they need spices. The neighbors are mostly other wholesalers and small shops, so we all know each other by name. It's just a normal day-to-day business where we try to keep the scales accurate and the bags sealed.
