We didn’t spend much on fancy decorations or expensive rugs. It’s just a place with desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and all our computers. We spend most of our time just focusing on the design work and trying to keep everything on track. We don’t have a big HR team or anyone to manage our image. We’re just the people who show up and do the work. The lunch hour is usually the loudest time of day when everyone stops what they're doing to eat and talk. We chose this spot in Velachery because it's convenient for everyone to get to, and it’s got everything we need nearby. We don’t have any grand claims to make. We just work here, deal with the daily issues that come up, and go home at the end of the shift. It’s a straightforward, local business and we’re happy to keep it that way without adding any extra polish.
