Karani Plastic Industries

We are located at 58 Nammalawar Street over in Kondithope. This is Karani Plastic Industries. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time. It's a bit of an old building, but it works for what we do. We make plastic goods and it’s mostly a messy job. There is always dust or scrap pieces around the floor even though we try to sweep up. We aren't a big factory with hundreds of people. It's just a few of us who know how to run the machines. Some days the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is frustrating but that is just life here. We don't do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have been buying from us for a decade or more. They know where we are. The street can be tight for parking, so we usually tell people to come early in the morning. We don't use any fancy language to describe our work. We just take the raw material and turn it into something useful. It’s hard work and it’s loud, but it keeps us busy. We like the neighborhood even if it's a bit crowded. It feels like home to us. If you are looking for us, look for the sign that’s a bit faded. That is where we are.
