K L S Die & Castery

We’re based out in Avadi, at Door No: 29 in Anthoniyar Nagar, Thirumullaivoyal. K L S Die & Castery is situated in the Kollumedu area, which is a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city. It’s definitely an industrial vibe around here. The shop is filled with the smell of hot metal and the sound of machines running pretty much all day long. We make dies and do casting work, which is a dirty, noisy job, but we’ve been doing it for years. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, and we all wear heavy boots to stay safe. It gets incredibly hot in the summer, especially when the furnaces are going, but that’s just part of the deal. We don’t have a fancy office or a receptionist; you just walk in and find one of us near the back. We work with a lot of local workshops and factories that need specific parts made to order. It’s a lot of precision work even if the environment looks a bit rough around the edges. We aren't looking to be the biggest shop in Avadi, just a reliable one where the work gets done correctly. Most of us have lived around Thirumullaivoyal our whole lives, so we know the area well. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day after day, making things that other people use to build their own products.
