We have been here at No 18 PRR Complex on the Trunk road in Porur for a while now. It is just a regular skin clinic where people come when they have rashes or issues they need looked at. The space isn't huge, but we keep it tidy. Sometimes the road outside gets really noisy with all the traffic heading through Porur, but inside it stays quiet enough to talk. People usually find us easily because the complex is right there on the main stretch. We handle a lot of different things every day. It might be someone with a simple itch or something they’ve been worried about for weeks. We just try to get through the appointments and help whoever walks in the door. You won't find anything fancy here, just some chairs and the rooms where we work. Most of the folks who come in live nearby or work around the PRR Complex area. It feels good to be part of the neighborhood. We see familiar faces all the time. If you are looking for us, we are just past the main intersection. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Word usually gets around from one person to another. It's just a place to get your skin checked without a lot of fuss. That is how we have always run things here on Trunk road.
