Our office is at 93A in Ayppa Nagar, specifically on the 12th Cross Street in Madipakkam. Madipakkam has grown so fast lately, and our street is a mix of houses and small offices. We have a front room where we keep the site plans and some old samples of bricks and tiles. The walls are covered in some maps and a calendar that someone forgot to flip last month. There’s usually a bit of dust on the desks because of the construction happening nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at drawings. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business. The 12th Cross Street is paved, but it gets some big puddles when it rains heavy. We have a few chairs for visitors, but mostly we are out at different sites. When we are in the office, it’s mostly to catch up on the books or talk about the next project. There’s a small fridge in the back that makes a loud humming noise. We’ve been based here for a few years. It’s a convenient spot for us to get around the neighborhood. It isn't a fancy showroom, just a place where we plan things out and keep our tools. It works for what we need to do every day, and we like the quiet of this street.
