We are right in the middle of Sowcarpet at No 75 Mint Street. If you have ever been to Sowcarpet, you know how narrow and crowded the streets can be, but that’s part of the charm. Mint Street is probably the most famous one of them all. We are near Arun Ice Cream, which is a place almost everyone stops at when they are shopping around here. The 600001 area is the heart of old Chennai trade. It’s always noisy, always busy, and there’s always something happening right outside the door. Our shop at number 75 is a small spot in a very long line of businesses. It’s not the kind of place where you find peace and quiet, but it’s where the action is. We get a lot of people who are just tired from walking the markets and need a break. It’s a simple saloon. We don’t have any fancy decorations, just what we need to get the job done. Finding us can be a bit of a challenge if it’s your first time in Sowcarpet, but if you find Arun Ice Cream, you are just a few steps away. We’ve been on Mint Street for quite a while now. We see the same vendors and the same shoppers every day. It’s a real, living part of the city and we are just one small part of that 75 Mint Street history. It’s just how we run things.
