Hopeit Media Llp is tucked away on 86th Street in Ashok Nagar. We’re at number 41. If you’ve ever walked around Ashok Nagar, you know it’s got a very specific feel. It’s a mix of houses and small businesses all crammed together. Our office is one of those places. It’s not a glass tower. It’s just a solid building where we do our media work. Inside, it’s pretty straightforward. We have a few rooms filled with desks and monitors. The lighting isn’t perfect, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We spend most of our time here editing or planning out content. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the shops or heading home. We’ve got a little balcony where some of the staff go to get some air, though you mostly just see the tops of cars. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. We’re a small team that knows each other well. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when we’re all talking at once, but that’s just how it goes. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the tea seller nearby and the other shop owners. It’s a very local way of working. No big corporate rules, just getting the tasks done and trying to stay organized in the middle of all the Ashok Nagar bustle. It is a bit cramped, but it feels like home.
