Hi 5 Event Planners is located at No: 25 on Somasundar 6th Street in Ayanavaram, Chennai. It’s a busy little area, and most people around here use the Noor Hotel as a landmark to find us. We’re not far from the hotel at all. Ayanavaram has a very local, neighborhood feel to it, which we really like. Our office is basically where we organize everything, from the initial calls to the final checklists. It can get a bit hectic inside when we’re in the middle of planning a big event. There are always papers everywhere and someone is usually on the phone. The street outside is often full of parked bikes and people going about their business. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners nearby quite well. It’s a practical location for us to reach different parts of Chennai. Doing events means you have to be ready for anything, and we’ve had our fair share of last-minute changes and surprises. We don't really use a lot of fancy jargon or big presentations. We just sit down with whoever comes in and talk through what they need. It’s a lot of hard work and staying late to make sure everything is sorted, but that is just how this business goes. We like the challenge of putting things together from scratch and seeing them through to the end.
