You can find Hema Skin Clinic at 63/39 Bajanai Koil Street in the Pallipattu area of Taramani. Being on Bajanai Koil Street means we are close to the temple, so there is a certain rhythm to the day here. You can often hear the morning prayers or the bells if the wind is right. Taramani is a busy place with all the IT parks nearby, but Pallipattu still feels a bit more traditional and local. Our clinic is at number 63/39, and it’s a modest little place. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that, just a simple board so people know they have the right house. The street is a bit narrow, so it’s usually better for scooters than big cars. We’ve got a small waiting area that gets a bit crowded on busy days, but nobody seems to mind much. It’s just the way things are in this part of town. We spend our time focusing on the people who walk through the door. The building itself is an older style, typical for Bajanai Koil Street. It has its quirks, like the way the front door sticks a little in the humidity, but it’s home to us. We like the location because it’s easy for the local residents in Taramani to reach us without having to go all the way out to the main highway.
