Hardcore Event Managers

Our office is tucked away in Gajel Apartment on Greams Road, right above the Sangeetha Restaurant. If you’ve ever eaten there, you know the area in Thousand Lights gets quite crowded. We’ve been here at Hardcore Event Managers for a good bit of time now. The name sounds a bit intense, but it really just reflects how much work we put into the projects we take on. It’s not always pretty behind the scenes. Usually, there are piles of brochures and boxes of decorations sitting around our space. We handle a lot of logistics, making sure people and things get where they need to be on time. It can get stressful when a vendor is late or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't really the type to use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just arrange things for people, whether it’s a small gathering or something bigger. Most of our days are spent coordinating over the phone or meeting people at the site. Being centrally located helps us get around Chennai fairly easily, even with the Greams Road traffic. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We don’t have any slick marketing videos, just our track record of showing up and doing the work. People know where to find us if they need something sorted out.
