H C L Technologies

We are based over at H C L Technologies in Tower 1, which is in the Solinganallur area near Tambaram. It’s a big building, and there are always a lot of people coming in and out at all hours because of the different shifts. Most of us spend our time sitting at desks with a couple of monitors in front of us. The office is pretty much what you would expect from a technology place—rows of cubicles, some break areas with coffee machines, and lots of wires everywhere. The commute to Solinganallur can be a bit of a headache with the traffic on the main roads, but once you are inside, it is quiet and climate-controlled. We work on all sorts of software and tech support stuff. It isn't always exciting; sometimes it is just fixing bugs or updating systems that decided to stop working for no reason. We have people here from all over, and the cafeteria is usually the busiest place during lunch. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the usual office furniture and some whiteboards filled with notes that only a few people understand. It’s a busy place, and there is always something to do, whether it is a meeting or just trying to finish a project on time. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else at the end of the shift. It's just a regular workplace for people who know their way around a keyboard.
