Gyrus Cadd (Opc) Private Limited is located at H 39/9 in the Cosmos Flats. This is in Kamaraj Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur, which is a nice part of Chennai. Being an OPC, or One Person Company, it has a bit of a different feel than a huge firm. The office is inside a flat, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a cold office building. We have our CAD setups and the equipment we need to do our technical drawings and designs. Thiruvanmiyur is great because you can feel the sea breeze sometimes if the wind is right. The Cosmos Flats are easy to spot once you get into Kamaraj Nagar. We spend most of our time here working on the computer. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, which helps when you need to concentrate on details. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just come in and we are right there working. Gyrus Cadd (Opc) Private Limited is just a small operation doing its thing. We have the usual stuff like a printer that occasionally jams and a water cooler in the corner. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like being in this part of Chennai because it’s not as chaotic as the city center. Sometimes we chat with the neighbors in the hall, but mostly we are inside working. It’s a modest way to run a business and we wouldn't have it any other way.
