Gurukrupa Pharmaceuticals is tucked away on Barbar Lane. We use the Old No. 2/2 or New No. 3/2 address, depending on who you ask, but it’s the same building in Egmore Nungambakkam. Being in this part of Chennai means things are always moving fast, and the street can be quite narrow. We’re a pharmaceutical company that focuses on the basics. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional place where we do our billing and manage our stock. We’ve been around the 600013 area for a bit, and we know the streets pretty well by now. The staff here is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to packing boxes. We handle the distribution and the administrative side of things from this Chennai location. It can get cramped when a big shipment arrives, but we make it work somehow. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our jobs properly without making mistakes. There’s no mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, check the orders, and see what needs to be sent out for the day. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the weather is hot, but that’s just how the business goes. We like being on Barbar Lane because it’s got a bit of history. It’s just us, working hard in Egmore Nungambakkam every single day to keep things moving.
