Golden Eves

Golden Eves is situated at No 27 on Buddy Begum Street. It’s an interesting name for a street, and it’s right in the Thousand Lights area. Most people find us by looking for the Saravana Bhavan that’s just opposite us. It’s a very busy spot, especially around lunchtime when everyone is heading for food. Gopalapuram is right there too, so it’s a central location for us to be in. Our office isn’t anything too grand. It’s a practical space where we keep all our files and do our planning. There’s a lot of traffic outside most of the time, and the sounds of the city are always coming through the windows. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who stop by. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of stuff going on, but we make it work. We’ve got some old furniture and a few plants that someone brought in to make it look a bit better. The team here is small, and we’ve known each other for a long time, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just show up, do the work that needs to be done, and head home. It’s a real, everyday kind of place where things move fast but the vibe stays grounded. The city just keeps moving around us.
