Gnesh Murali Symphony

Our place is at No 6 on Ayyappan Street, right in the heart of West Mambalam. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded, especially around the temples and the market. Gnesh Murali Symphony has been part of this neighborhood for a bit now. We spend a lot of our time dealing with music and the logistics that come with it. It’s not just about the performances; it’s about making sure the instruments are there, the sound is right, and everyone knows when to show up. We have a lot of respect for the tradition of music in this part of town. The office is small and usually has someone practicing or checking equipment in the corner. We don’t go in for anything too fancy. We just use what works. Most of our days are spent coordinating with different people. It can get a bit loud sometimes, but the neighbors are used to us by now. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs a group for an event, we look at the calendar and see what we can do. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. People just know we are here on Ayyappan Street. We like the pace of West Mambalam. It feels like home to us, and we plan on staying here and keeping the music going as long as we can for the folks who appreciate it.
