Arasan Road is where you’ll find us in Royapuram. We are at No 47/22 which is quite close to Kewins School. If you’re around when school lets out you know exactly how loud and lively it gets on this street. Chennai is always warm and our office feels it too even with the fans going full blast. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit. It’s a simple setup. A few tables, some chairs, and stacks of paperwork from different projects we’ve handled across the city. Royapuram has a certain character to it that you don't find in other parts of Chennai. It’s a bit more old-school. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a front desk. Usually someone just yells from the back if the door opens. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at floor plans for halls and outdoor spaces. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of dust and moving heavy stuff. We keep our tools and supplies organized as much as we can but things get messy when we're in the middle of a big week. People in the neighborhood know us as the guys who are always loading and unloading stuff from the white trucks. We just do the work and try to stay out of the way of the school traffic. It's a basic operation but it keeps us busy enough.
