Our office, Ferrando Web Technologies Private Limited, is situated at No-266/452 on M.R.H. Road. If you know Moolakadai, you know it can get quite congested with all the trucks and buses passing through Chennai. We’ve been at this address for some time. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on web projects and trying to stay organized. It’s not always perfectly clean; there are usually some coffee mugs on the desks and stacks of papers that need filing. We are just a group of people who enjoy working with technology. We don't spend a lot of time on marketing ourselves because the work usually keeps us busy enough. The building itself is older, but it serves us well. We like the local shops nearby for lunch, especially the small biryani place around the corner. Working in this part of Tamil Nadu means you get to know the local rhythms. The morning rush is always a bit of a struggle, but once everyone is at their desk, things settle down. We don't have a human resources department or a big management layer. If something needs fixing, one of us just grabs a screwdriver or makes a phone call. We handle the tech side of things so our customers don't have to worry about it. It’s straightforward work. We don't have any awards on the walls, just some old photos and a clock that’s five minutes fast. That’s just how we like it here in Moolakadai. There is no corporate polish, just people working.
