Excellent Hi -care Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 3, though some people still know it by the old number, 1 A, on Ashoka Nagar in Arumbakkam. It can be a little confusing for delivery drivers sometimes, but we’ve put up a clear sign. Our office is a simple place where we manage the daily tasks. We aren't into big displays or anything like that. Most of the time, the team is just sitting at their desks handling calls or sorting through files. Arumbakkam is a lively neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We like the location because it’s easy for us to get to and it feels like a real community. Inside, we just try to stay on top of the workload. It’s a lot of administrative stuff and making sure the supplies are moving out to where they need to go. We have a small kitchen area where we take our breaks and talk about things other than work. It feels more like a small family than a big corporation. We’ve been in Ashoka Nagar for a good bit now and we have a routine that works for everyone. Nothing too complicated, just a group of people working together to keep the business running smoothly. We just show up, do the best we can with the day's tasks, and head home.
