We are located at 7A on V. K. Krishnan Street, right in Jothiramalingam Nagar in the Jafferkhan Pet area of Chennai. It’s a busy part of the city, like most of Chennai, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve gotten used to the noise of the traffic and the street life over the years. Our building isn't huge, but it has enough room for us to handle all the electronic weighing systems and retail tools we work on. Most of our day is spent at the workbenches, so it’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't have a marketing team or people in fancy suits. It’s just us here, making sure the machines are calibrated and working right for the shops and local businesses that rely on them. Customers often drop by just to ask a quick question or to have us look at a piece of equipment that isn’t acting right. We try to be helpful and give them a straight answer without making things more complicated than they need to be. The traffic in this part of Chennai can be pretty intense, especially in the evenings, so we usually try to get our deliveries and main work done early. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and the locals know us well. It’s a grounded, practical place where we just focus on doing a good day’s work for the people around us.
