You can find Balaaji Pharmaa Machinery over at New No. 4, which used to be Old No. 20, on Thiruvalluvar Street. We are located in Ambal Nagar. This whole thing with the old and new numbers can sometimes confuse people who are coming to visit us for the first time, but once they see the street, they usually figure it out. We are just a local operation trying to keep things simple. The street we are on is a typical neighborhood road with a mix of residential houses and small business setups. It stays fairly active during the day. We spend our time working with various bits of machinery and handling the paperwork that goes with it. The shop itself is nothing too special to look at, just a functional space where we can get our work finished. We have been in Ambal Nagar long enough to know most of the people nearby. It feels like a comfortable spot for us. There isn't any big corporate vibe here; it's more like a group of guys just doing their jobs. We don't have any polished brochures or anything like that. We just talk to people plainly and try to be helpful when someone stops by. Sometimes it gets a little messy with parts and boxes, but that's just the nature of working with machinery. We like the honest work and the simple routine of being on Thiruvalluvar Street. It’s a good, solid place to be.
